Service Terms

  • Scope. Advisory, training, and documentation services only. Deliverables such as slides, spreadsheets, and SOP templates are licensed for your internal business use and may not be resold or redistributed.
  • Availability. Sessions are scheduled by mutual agreement. If a facilitator is unavailable due to illness or emergency, we will offer the earliest replacement slot.
  • Payments & refunds. Prepaid prior to scheduling. Cancellations with ≥ 24 hours notice may be rescheduled once. No‑show or late‑cancel (< 24h) is chargeable. Where applicable, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Data usage. We avoid access to production systems. If you share data, you represent you have lawful rights to do so and must remove PII or confidential information where feasible. We can sign a mutual NDA upon request.
  • Compliance. Engagements may not be used for illegal, deceptive, or sanction‑evading activity. We comply with applicable U.S. export control and sanctions laws (e.g., OFAC) and may decline work at our discretion.
  • No legal/financial advice. Our content is for operational education only and is not legal, tax, accounting, investment, or HR advice.
  • Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Venue and exclusive jurisdiction lie in courts located in Wyoming.

Privacy

We collect only basic business contact details, order metadata, and invoice records. Server logs may include IP address and user‑agent to help diagnose fraud or abuse. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

  • Categories of data. Contact information, business affiliation, order and support history, and technical logs. We do not knowingly collect sensitive categories of personal data.
  • Purposes. Service delivery, billing, security, and customer support.
  • Retention. We retain records for as long as needed for the purpose collected and to meet legal, tax, and audit obligations, after which they are securely deleted.
  • Security. Access controls, least‑privilege practices, and encryption in transit. No method is 100% secure; please avoid sharing production secrets.
  • Cookies. We use only strictly necessary cookies for session and anti‑abuse; we do not use cross‑site advertising cookies.
  • Do Not Track. We do not respond to DNT signals because we do not conduct cross‑site tracking.
  • Children. Our services are business‑to‑business and not intended for children under 13 (COPPA).
  • California residents (CCPA/CPRA). We act as a “service provider.” We do not “sell” or “share” personal information for cross‑context behavioral advertising. You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data using the contact methods below.
  • EU/UK visitors (GDPR). Where GDPR applies, our lawful bases may include contract and legitimate interests. You may exercise data subject rights (access, erasure, objection) via the contacts below.

Intellectual Property & DMCA

If you believe content on this site infringes your copyright, send a DMCA notice including the required elements (17 U.S.C. §512) to the email below. We may remove the material and notify the affected user.
